Description
The Labour Program at Employment and Social Development Canada (ESDC) is seeking information about the feasibility of producing an actuarial analysis including the elements below:
- the expected direct program costs of federal workers’ compensation in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5, 10 and 20 years under the current approach (i.e., if no major changes are made);
- the expected direct program costs of federal workers’ compensation in these years if three potential program design changes are pursued;
- an analysis of the expected return on investment of the potential program design changes.
The estimated contract period will be 6 month(s).
