FDOT D2 Purchase of a New Terex TC55 Optima 4X4 Bucket Truck

The Florida Department of Transportation is soliciting written bids from qualified bidders to establish a contract to provide a new Terex TC55 Optima 4X4 bucket truck as specified in Exhibit A – Scope of Services.

Sealed bids will be received until 2:00 p.m. local time, on Monday, November 10, 2025. Bids received after that time and date may not be considered. The sealed bids will be opened at 2:30 p.m. by the Department's Procurement Office personnel at the Florida Department of Transportation District 2 Headquarters, 1109 S. Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964

To ensure compliance with Title VI, you must take reasonable steps to ensure that LEP persons have meaningful access to your programs (70 Fed. Reg. at 74087 to 74100); Title IX of the Education Amendments of 1972, as amended, which prohibits you from discriminating because of sex in education programs or activities (20 U.S.C. 1681 et seq).
