FDIC's Tenable Subscription Maintenance

This solicitation is to for FDIC's Tenable Subscription Maintenance.

The Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation formally invites you to submit a quote for RFQ# CORHQ-25-Q-0377 FDIC’s Tenable Subscription Maintenance Requirement. Offerors must utilize the Price Schedule to fill in your pricing for all line items needed. Please provide your most favorable discount to the Government. Any Terms and Conditions, EULA, or MSAs must be sent with your quote to be incorporated in the subsequent contract award, the FDIC prefers Government approved terms. See Attachment M-1 for Evaluation criteria.

Each submission should have these components (preferably separated):

1. Price Schedule (REQUIRED) - see attachments


2. Section K of the RFQ – Representation and Certifications (REQUIRED)


3. Reseller/Partner Agreement or Certificate with Tenable (REQUIRED)


4. Pre-Award SCRM Information – (REQUIRED) - See attachments


5. EULA or MSAs Or Warranty Terms – Any terms and conditions (If Applicable)

Questions are due by 12:00PM EST on September 19, 2025. All quotes are due by 12:00PM EST on October 6, 2025.

9/22/2025 - Amendment 0001 - This amendment is issued to issue the Government's response to all questions recieved before the Question due date/time. See attachments.

10/8/2025 - Amendment 0002 - This amendment is to update the Price Schedule, Instructions, and Attachment M-1 LPTA Evaluation Method. Please note offers that do not include the required components in the amendment and solicitaton will be deemed not acceptable. All Offerors must use the revised Pricing Schedule excel spreadsheet with their submission. All offers and revised offers are now due October 17, 2025 at Noon EST.
