The FDIC requires a comprehensive cloud-based investment management system to replace the current system which is called Portfolio Reporting, Trading, and Investment Analysis sytem (PORTIA). The new requirement, referred to as the "Portfolio Investment Management System" (PIMS) will provide the FDIC with capabilities to effectiviely manage cash, investments, and related business processes. NOTE: An Amendment (Amendment 1) was issued on December 6, 2024 to extend the due date for submission of questions regarding the solicitation to 12 PM EST Friday, December 13, 2024. The Amendment and the updated solicitation reflecting the change has been included in this announcement.
Questions are due by 12 PM EST Friday, December 13, 2024 and proposals are due NO LATER THAN 2 PM, Friday, January 3, 2025.
