The project includes the furnishing of all labor, materials, tools, and equipment necessary for a complete bathroom renovation as outlined in this RFQ document and attached drawing. The scope of work for the renovation of three restrooms at Fire Station 7 includes the following tasks:

• Replace three shower areas and install cultured marble wall & pan (with
integral curb) system.

• Installation of new mixing valves, shower heads, and drains.

• Check for leaks (plumbing and roof).

• Test the performance of the exhaust fan and light fixtures.

• Replace ceiling light fixtures, wall light fixture in men’s restroom and AC diffuser and return.

• Replace suspended ceiling system.

• Apply a fresh coat of paint to the walls, door frame, door (stain), ceiling speaker grill and cabinet doors (adjust cabinet doors).

• Deep cleaning the restroom floors.
