FCRHC Laundry and Dry-Cleaning Services

The Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Four Corners Regional Health Center in Teec Nos Pos, Arizona intends to negotiate a single source award to Elite Laundry Company, Inc., UEI # UAZZAK78B977, for required laundry and dry-cleaning services. The contractor shall provide all tools, labor, equipment, materials, and transportation necessary to provide the services.

The anticipated period of performance is January 1, 2025 to December 31, 2025. The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 812320 Dry-Cleaning and Laundry Services with a small business standard size of $7.0 million. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b), purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold may be solicited from one source if it is determined that the circumstances of the contract deems only one source available.

This notice of intent is not a request for quotations and a solicitation will not be issued in conjunction with the notice of intent. Any vendor that believes it can provide the stated supplies may provide a capability statement. Verbal responses are not acceptable and will not be considered. Responses to this notice shall be received via email only no later than 10:00 am MST on December 16, 2024.

A determination by the Government whether to compete this proposed requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition or proceed with a single-source award.
