Notice of Intent to Award – Multiple Blanket Purchase Agreements

In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), the Navajo Area Indian Health Service, Four Corners Regional Health Center in Teec Nos Pos, Arizona, intends to place multiple-award Blanket Purchase Agreements (BPA) with Red Heritage Medical, LLC; Premier & Companies, Inc. and W.W. Grainger, Inc. for miscellaneous replacement parts o-rings, gaskets, wires, cables, cords, hoses, tubing, belts, pumps, solenoids, thermostats, valves, water filters, batteries, bulbs, nuts, washers, zip-ties, hook & loop straps, tape, hand tools, sockets, wrenches, drivers, measuring devices, stopwatches, timers, thermometers, hydrometers, scales, various chemicals, glycerin, lubricants, adhesives, cleaners, and hydraulic fluid on an as-needed basis.

The anticipated period of performance is a base period of one year from the date of award with (3) one year option periods.

Base Year: Date of Award to February 28, 2026

1st Option Year: March 1, 2026 to February 28, 2027

2nd Option Year: March 1, 2027 to February 29, 2028

3rd Option Year: March 1, 2028 to February 28, 2029

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code assigned to this procurement is 334515 – Instrument Manufacturing for Measuring and Testing Electricity and Electrical Signals with a small business size standard of 750 employees.

No further awards will be made unless the need for Four Corners Regional Health Center. The prospective, multiple-award BPAs as identified in this notice are sufficient at this time. In accordance with FAR 13.303-2(c)(1), establishment of multiple BPAs constitute maximum practicable competition.

Any other sources that believe they are capable of fulfilling the government requirements as described are encouraged to submit their capability statement, price lists, and catalogs to the Point of Contact listed below via email only and no later than March 10, 2025 at 12:00 pm MDT. In the event additional BPAs are deemed to be in the best interest of the government, capable vendors may be contacted.
