FCI Three Rivers Waste Management /Landfill Trash Disposal Services

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Three Rivers, Texas intends to make a single award to a responsible entity for the provision of furnishing Landfill Trash Disposal services purchase of new dumpsters for Federal Correctional Institution (FCI), Three Rivers, and 1700 West Highway 72, Three Rivers TX 78071

FCI Three Rivers will transport solid waste to the contractor's facility. The contractor shall then be responsible and become the sole owner of all trash, garbage and debris from the government owned containers once unloading at the transfer site is complete. It will then be the responsibility of the contractor to disperse the material in a lawful and proper manner in compliance with Local, State and Federal codes, regulations, and laws. The contractor shall provide weight tickets at the time of unloading at the transfer site. The contractor must provide the license and permit number for state approved sanitary "lined" landfill. This Requirement is currently Unrestricted to business size.
