The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution (Jesup), intends to issue a solicitation RFQP03072500011 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY KOSHER FOB Destination, Deliveries will be made to Federal Correctional Institution (Jesup), 2600 HWY 301 South, Jesup, Ga 31599. The contract type is firm‑fixed price. The Government reserves the right to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award the offer to the responsible offer(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered.
The solicitation will be made available on or about May 29, 2025, and will be posted to the https://beta.sam.gov/. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. Interested parties are responsible for monitoring this site to ensure they have the most up to date information about this solicitation. The bids are to be received back no later than June 5, 2025, at 12:pm est. Delivery will not be accepted no sooner than July 1st, 2025.
Orders over $10,000.00, payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or via Government Purchase Card for awards of $10,000.00 or less. Each offer is required per FAR 52.212‑3 to complete their representations and certifications via the On-line Representation and Certification Applications (ORCA) at http://orca.bpn.gov. You must include a letter of kosher certification with your quote for consideration.
