The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Jesup, intends to issue a solicitation RFQP03072500002 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE -DAIRY. FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin January 01, 2025, thru March 31, 2025. Deliveries will be made to Federal Correctional Institution, Jesup, 2600 HWY 301 South, Jesup, Ga 31599. The contract type is firm ‑fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make a formal single or multiple awards. The Government will award to the responsible offer(s) whose offer, conforming to the solicitation, that are considered to be most advantageous to the Government, with past performance and price considered, prices being rated higher than past performance. The solicitation will be made available on or about November 13, 2024 and will be posted to the https://beta.sam.gov/. All future information about this acquisition, including solicitation amendments, will also be distributed through this site. All bids must be returned no later than November 25, 2024, at 12:00pm est. Payments will be made using Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) or via Government Purchase Card for awards of $10,000.00 or less.
