Project is to construct a new two story cmu masonry press box and concession stand at the existing baseball field at Fairfield Central High School. Scope includes demolition of existing press box, utility extension for water/sewer, split face block masonry, standing seam metal roofing, pre-fabricated metal stair, interior casework, view window(s), hvac mini split systems, new electrical for power and lighting.
