FCC Yazoo City - FY 2025 PASSENGER BUS TRANSPORTATION SERVICES (BUS TICKETS)

The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Complex, Yazoo City, Mississippi, intends to award a sole source purchase order under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and the authority of FAR Part 6.302-1 – Only One Responsible Source, to Greyhound Bus Lines, 350 N. St Paul, Dallas, TX 75201-4285, for the provision of transporting inmates upon their release from our facility to various cities throughout the United States.

This notice is neither a request for quotation nor a solicitation of offers as no solicitation documents are available. Based on the requirements, the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with one source on a full and open competitive basis upon receipt of responses to this notice. This notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. No formal request for quotation package is available.
