FCC BUTNER ON-SITE FREEZER TRAILER SERVICES/RENTALS

FREEZER TRAILERS - Provide, set up, and maintain operable service on 53-foot freezer trailers. Trailers will always run on diesel power. Trailers must be equipped with roll up doors (no swinging doors). Trailers must be delivered at zero degrees and always maintain a minimum temperature of zero degrees. Trailers will be utilized to store frozen foods.

SERVICE CALLS - Contractor must provide a telephone number at which the contractor may be contacted between 7:00 A.M. and 5:00 P.M., Monday through Friday as well as an emergency number to be used during evenings, weekends and holidays. When servicing is required inside of the contractor's schedule, the contractor shall begin the service within 2 hours after notification. A weekly service call will be required every Friday to inspect the trailers leading into the weekend to minimize weekend emergency calls.

EMERGENCY SERVICE CALLS - Unexpected or emergency repair services may be required in the event of a trailer malfunction. When servicing is required outside the contractor's schedule, the contractor shall begin the service within 2 hours after notification. Emergency service calls should be included in the price of the rental unless previously stated.
