aloud at the location described above. Instructions for the delivery of bids are contained
in this Invitation to Bid for the Project. Prospective Bidders are hereby notified that they
are solely responsible for ensuring timely delivery of their bid to the Kitsap County
Purchasing Office on or before the bid submission date and time indicated above.
