Fayette County Commission WV REAP Demolitions 2026 Phase 10

The Fayette County Commission will receive sealed bids until 2:00 p.m. on Monday  April 20th 2026 for inspection, asbestos testing, asbestos abatement, and demolition of the following structures:

Phase 10

7620 Okey L Patteson Rd. Scarbro, WV 25917

681 Kanawha Falls Rd. Kanawha Falls, WV 25115

112 Hamilton Ave. Ansted, WV 25812

609 Gaymont Mountain Rd. Victor, WV 25938

1938 Bachman Rd. Fayetteville, WV 25840

No pre-bid meeting will be for Phase 10

Project must be complete by June 26, 2026

Proposals should be mailed to Fayette County Commission, Attn: REAP Demolition Proposal Phase 10, PO Box 307 Fayetteville, WV 25840. Sealed bids can also be hand delivered to 100 N. Court St. Suite 2. Fayetteville, WV 25840 by the deadline of April 20th at 2pm. Sealed proposals will be opened publicly at the Fayette County Commission meeting on April 21st, 2026 at or shortly after 10:00 a.m.

The commission requires bidders to use Beacon Bid to pose inquires, and receive updates and notifications. Beacon Bid is a free service. Information can be found on our website https://fayettecounty.wv.gov

This demolition program is part of the REAP Demolition Grant. The demolition will be contracted per location if grant funding allows as property is approved.
