The Fayette County Commission will receive sealed bids until 2:00 p.m. on March 17th 2026 for inspection, asbestos testing, asbestos abatement, and demolition of the following structures:

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held Thursday, March 12th 2026 at 2:00 p.m. at the Fayette County Courthouse 100 N. Court St. Fayetteville, WV 25840, Commission Chambers.

Proposals should be mailed to Fayette County Commission, Attn: REAP Demolition Proposal Phase 9. PO Box 307 Fayetteville, WV 25840. Sealed bids can also be hand delivered to 100 N. Court St. Suite 2. Fayetteville, WV 25840 by the deadline of March 17th at 2pm. Sealed proposals will be opened publicly at the Fayette County Commission meeting on March 18th at or shortly after 9:45 a.m.
