Fayette County Commission WV REAP Demolitions 2025 Phase 4

The Fayette County Commission will receive sealed bids until 2:00 p.m. on June 24th, 2025 , for inspection, asbestos abatement, and demolition of the following structures:

5312 Deepwater Mtn Rd. Fayetteville, WV 25840

A mandatory pre-bid meeting will be held

Thursday, June 12th at 2:00 p.m. at the Fayette County Courthouse

100 N. Court St. Fayetteville, WV 25840, Commission Chambers.

Proposals should be mailed to Fayette County Commission, Attn: REAP Demolition Proposal Phase 4, PO Box 307 Fayetteville, WV 25840. Sealed bids can also be hand delivered to 100 N. Court St. Suite 2. Fayetteville, WV 25840 by the deadline. Sealed proposals will be opened publicly at the Fayette County Commission meeting on June 25th 2025 at or shortly after 9:30 a.m.

The commission requires bidders to use Beacon Bid to view asbestos reports, pose inquires, and receive updates and notifications. Beacon Bid is a free service. Information can be found on our website https://fayettecounty.wv.gov/commission/Pages/Career-Opportunities-.aspx

This demolition program is part of the REAP Demolition Grant. The demolition will be contracted per location if grant funding allows and project will have to be complete by September 30, 2025.
