Project Description: Richland County is requesting electronic bids from qualified contractors to rehabilitate Fashion Drive/Market Place Commons - Approximately 1.19 miles of roadway to be milled/resurfaced at 2”; Forum Drive - Approximately 1.04 miles of roadway to be milled/resurfaced at 2”; Saint Andrews Road – Approximately 0.37 miles of roadway to be rehabilitated using CMRB method B at a mixing depth of 8” with a 2” asphalt overlay; Meadowland Court – Approximately 0.05 miles of roadway to be milled/resurfaced at 2”.
