Farmland Ground Lease-Multiple Parcels - Old Maids Lane

The Town of Glastonbury will be accepting HARD COPY proposals from qualified individuals interested in leasing town-owned property for agricultural purposes. Such proposals may include lease of the land or buildings. Uses of the parcel consistent with the agricultural history and intensity of the site is preferred. Selected Respondents would enter into an agreement with the Town. Interested Respondents can obtain the RFP packet and related information from the Town’s website www.glastonburyct.gov/RFP. Individuals may also pick up a hard copy RFP document from the Town of Glastonbury Customer Service - 2155 Main Street Glastonbury, CT 06033 1st floor between the hours of 8 A.M.-12:30 P.M. and 2 P.M-4:30 P.M. Monday-Friday. Responses to the Request for Proposal must be submitted to the PURCHASING OFFICE 2155 Main St Glastonbury, CT 06033 2nd floor no later than the time and date indicated above. LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED. Online submissions will not be applicable to this RFP.
