Farmland Ground Lease-Multiple Parcels

The Town of Glastonbury will be accepting proposals from qualified individuals interested in leasing town-owned property for agricultural purposes. Such proposals may include lease of the land or buildings. Uses of the parcel consistent with the agricultural history and intensity of the site is preferred. Selected Respondents would enter into an agreement with the Town. Responses to the Request for Proposal must be submitted electronically no later than the time and date indicated above. LATE PROPOSALS WILL NOT BE CONSIDERED.
