Farmland Ground Lease-Multiple Parcels

The Town of Glastonbury will be accepting proposals from qualified individuals interested in leasing town-owned property for agricultural purposes. Such proposals may include lease of the land or buildings. Uses of the parcel consistent with the agricultural history and intensity of the site is preferred. Selected Respondents would enter into an agreement with the Town. Responses can be submitted at the following link: https://glastonburyct.bonfirehub.com under the RFP title “RPGL-2026-06-Farmland Ground Lease-Multiple Parcels.” The Town reserves the right to waive informalities or reject any part of, or the entire proposal, when said action is deemed to be in the best interests of the Town.
