PUBLIC NOTICE

REQUEST FOR BIDS
FOR NON-EXCLUSIVE LICENSE TO FARM

NOTICE is hereby given that the Township of Warren Administrator will receive bids for a license to farm and cut hay at least twice per year of:

(WAGNER FARM)
BLOCK 83, LOTS 3.01,3.02,3.03,4, 4.05
BLOCK 86, LOT 4

on the tax map of the Township of Warren, County of Somerset, State of New Jersey for the period AUGUST 1,2025 through OCTOBER 31,2027.

A copy of the License Agreement as prepared by the Township Attorney is on file with the Purchasing Department and is available for review Monday through Friday, 8:30 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.

The license will be awarded by the Township Committee of the Township of Warren to the highest qualified bidder after a review of bids received. The Township Committee reserves the right to reject any and all bids and waive any informalities which it finds is in the best interest of the Township. Receipt of bids will be conducted at 11:00 a.m. on JULY 10, 2025 in the Warren Town Hall, Union Village Conference Room – 2 ^nd Floor – Town Hall 44 Mountain Boulevard, Warren, New Jersey 07059, when all bids will be received and opened.
