Bid Solicitation – Farming Rights License for Property West Metro Core

Wicomico County is seeking bids from qualified Vendors to contract a Farming Rights Lease for

a Farming Rights Lease for approximately 100 acres of land located on the Northerly and

Northeasterly side of Levin Dashiell Road in Hebron MD, in conformity with the requirements

contained herein Bid Documents.

Bid Documents for the above referenced project may be obtained from the Wicomico County

Purchasing Department by e-mailing the Purchasing Department at

purchasing@wicomicocounty.org or by calling 410-548-4805 during normal business hours, or

via the County’s Bids page on the County’s website. Vendors are responsible for checking this

website for addenda prior to submitting their bids. Wicomico County is not responsible for the

content of any Bid Document received through any third party bid service. It is the sole

responsibility of the vendor to ensure the completeness and accuracy of their Completed Bid

Documents.

The last day for questions is noon on Wednesday, November 15, 2023. Sealed bid documents will

be received until 2:30 PM on Wednesday, November 22, 2023 and will be opened and read aloud

in the Purchasing Department located at the Government Office Building, 125 N. Division Street

Room B-3 Salisbury, MD 21801.

Late Bid Documents will not be accepted.
