Farming Lease Bids

Public Notice

Sealed bids for a Farming Lease for approximately 158 acres of Township land located at multiple locations throughout the Township will be received by the Board of Commissioners of Lower Macungie Township, Lehigh County, PA. Bids will be accepted at the Lower Macungie Township Municipal Building, 3400 Brookside Rd. Macungie, PA 18062 until 9 AM on February 27, 2026. At that time, they will be opened and read publicly. The bid packet and lease agreement may be obtained for a non-refundable $10 fee at the Lower Macungie Township Municipal Building (address above) between the hours of 8 AM and 4:30 PM Monday through Friday, except for holidays. Those who wish to submit a bid must do so by using the bid sheet included in the bid packet provided by the Township. No other forms will be accepted. All bid submissions must be in a sealed envelope and marked "SEALED FARM LEASE BID”. Lower Macungie Township reserves the right to waive any informalities or to reject any or all bids.
