Farm Lease - Sandpit Road Site

The Clayton County Board of Supervisors is accepting sealed bids for the leasing a of property with certain conditions to be set by the Board of Supervisors for a term dating from March 1, 2026 to December 1, 2028 (crop years 2026, 2027, and 2028). The Clayton County Board of Supervisors reserves the right to reject any or all bids. Bids must be submitted to the Clayton County Auditor, 111 High St NE – Suite 102, Elkader, IA 52043 no later than 4:00 PM on January 12, 2026. Bids should designate the dollar amount for rent per acre and the overall rental amount of the acreage. The property is described as follows:

SANDPIT ROAD SITE

Lot One of the Northwest Quarter of the Northeast Quarter and Lot One and Lot Three of the Northeast Quarter of the Northeast Quarter of Section 22; Lot Two of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter and Lot Two of the Southeast Quarter of the Southeast Quarter of Section 15; Lot Two of the Southwest Quarter of the Southwest Quarter of Section 14, Township 93 North, Range 5; All of the foregoing being in Township 93 North, Range 5 West of the 5th P.M. (57.2 Acres more or less).
