Farm Ground Lease

The Klamath County Board of Commissioners invites proposals from qualified individuals or entities interested in leasing farm ground for the purpose of crop farming only, located within the county. Any form of cannabis or hemp cultivation is prohibited.

There will be no Pre-Proposal meeting.

Sealed proposals marked "Farm Ground Lease" will be received by Leslie Barlow-Hunter, Contract and Risk Manager at 305 Main Street, Room 216, Klamath Falls, Oregon 97601 until 1 :00 p.m.1 November 4th, 2024. No bid shall be considered if faxed or received later than1 :00 p.m.1 November 4th, 2024. The bids shall be opened at the Klamath County Government Center at 305 Main Street on November 4th, 2024 at 1 :30 p.m.

Klamath County may reject any proposal not in compliance with all prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements, and may for good cause reject any or all proposals upon a finding of the agency it is in the public interest to do so. Klamath County reserves the right to rescind the award of any contract at any time before the execution of said contract by all parties without any liability against the County. All proposals are subject to Oregon Law bid procedures.
