Scope of Services
The School Board of Citrus County, Florida (“CCSB”) intends to establish an agreement with a qualified Respondent to supply a NEW Fanuc Robot and Related Components as described in the Invitation to Bid for Withlacoochee Technical College at a firm, fixed price including all specified equipment, installation/setup, training, and standard delivery/shipping charges.
Awarded Respondent must be an authorized distributor or supplier for the products the Respondent(s) are bidding on. Respondent must submit a signed letter with their bid response from the product manufacturer(s) stating the Respondent is an “authorized distributor.” Bids may not be considered if the authorized distributor letter is not included with the bid response.
Note: Terms of the grant funds to be utilized for all or a part of the purchase(s) made under this ITB require all items to be purchased by June 30, 2025, with delivery of all items as soon as possible thereafter. Respondents shall indicate their earliest availability (calendar days) to have all equipment delivered and applicable assembly/installation completed on Attachment A-2 Bid Price Form.
