Project Description – Kitchen HVAC Replacement
Replace 7.5-ton Trane WSHP for The Kitchen System:

• Disconnect electrical, controls and drain lines
• Disconnect the supply and return water lines and drain the system
• Disconnect duct work from existing system
• Remove and dispose of old system and miscellaneous duct materials
• 8-tonClimate Master R-454b water source heat pump system 460volts 3phase
• Fabricated transitions to connect the existing supply duct system
• Fabricate Auxiliary drain pan with safety switch
• Modified and reconnect supply / return water lines including drain line
• Modified and reconnect electrical wiring and low voltage controls
• Start up the system and verify for proper operation
• All the labor and the materials to complete this project
