Family Peer Support for Families of Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (CYSHCN) Funding Opportunity

The Wisconsin Department of Health Services’ Maternal and Child Health (MCH) Title V block grant provides funding and support to local and Tribal health agencies and other organizations to improve the health and supporting the well-being of mothers, infants, children, and families.

The purpose of this funding opportunity is to:

• Provide peer support for parents/families of children and youth with special health care needs (CYSHCN) with an additional optional opportunity;
• Serve as the lead agency providing guidance to all agencies qualified for part A.
