Description:	Fallwell Lane Capital Renewal Project
Summary:	The Project begins at the intersection of Fallwell Lane and the southbound frontage road of SH 130 and travels east, through newly acquired City right-of-way and along existing Fallwell Lane until the entrance to the South Austin Regional WWTP. The Work shall include furnishing all tools, labor, materials, equipment, and miscellaneous items necessary for the complete construction of: • Approximately 4,500 linear feet of 8-inch, 12-inch and 24-inch water main and appurtenances. • Approximately 3,500 linear feet of both new roadway and reconstructed roadway work. • Approximately 700 linear feet of 60-inch soldier pile wall, 65-feet in depth. • Culvert replacement.
Estimated Amount for Solicitation:	$24,208,735.00
