The name of the quote must be printed on the face of the envelope or the subject line of the e-mail. Quotes must be submitted on or before Friday, September 4, 2026.
This quote is being solicited through a fair and open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20 et seq.
The Township of Ocean hereby solicits a quote for the purpose of layout, design, typesetting and printing of 13,500 copies of the full color 2026 Fall/Winter edition of our Township Newsletter. (Please see our prior newsletters on www.oceantwp.org.)
This edition of the newsletter will consist of an 11" x 17" sheet of 70# recycled glossy white stock printed on both sides as two, two-sided pages, and folded down to a four-page 8.5" x 11" document. (Only the newsletters to be mailed will be further folded down to 5.5" x 8.5" for mailing.)
The newsletters, printed with our permit number, are addressed to: POSTAL CUSTOMER TOWNSHIP OF OCEAN and are delivered to residences within the borders of the Township of Ocean.
