Fairwell Creek Bridge Replacement

CONSTRUCTION OF ONE PRECAST CONCRETE AND STEEL SHORT-SPAN BRIDGE, Bridge No. 324-07-15N over Fairwell Creek located in NE 15-07-24 W3M RM of White Valley No. 49, SK.

SUBMISSION

Bids must be submitted electronically to WSP Canada Inc., Consultant acting on behalf of the Rural Municipality of White Valley No. 49, at SKBridgeBids@wsp.com by 2:00 P.M. C.S.T. on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. Bids will be opened no later than 10:00 a.m. CST on Monday, June 2nd, 2026. Bids shall be submitted with the subject line “RM49-2026-001 BID” and shall be in PDF format. The time provided by the WSP.com email client will be used to determine the official time. Before the closing time for bidding, a Bidder may withdraw, modify or correct its Bid by email submission of a written notice, signed by an authorized representative of the Bidder. The Bid withdrawal shall be submitted with the subject line “RM49-2026-001 WITHDRAWAL” and shall be in PDF format. The Bid modification or correction shall be submitted with the subject line “RM49-2026-001 CHANGE” and shall be in PDF format. In the event of multiple notices of modification or correction, all notices shall be applied to the previously modified Unit Price for the purpose of calculating the new modified Unit Price. Unless withdrawn in accordance with the instructions provided, Bids are irrevocable for 60 days after the close of bidding.

Bidders shall submit all inquiries pertaining to the Bid Package documents a minimum of 2 business days prior to close of bidding directed to: SKBridgeBids@wsp.com. Material substitutions and/or proposed equivalents will only be considered after the award of the Proposed Work.
NO SOLICITATION
The RM of White Valley No. 49 and WSP Canada Inc. shall not consider or respond to any unsolicited offers, alternatives, or inquiries not directly related to bidding on the Proposed Work.
