South Fayette Township, in cooperation with the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation, will be accepting bids through the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s Engineering and Construction Management System (ECMS), for the construction of the Fairview Park Main Trail in Fairview Park, South Fayette Township.

Work will include the addition of a shared use bicycle and pedestrian facility to be constructed adjacent or near Recreation Road.

The construction plans and specifications can be viewed only on the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation’s ECMS website . The bid documents should be available on, or shortly after, Thursday, July 9, 2026.

Only electronic bids from ECMS business partners will be accepted. You can register as a business partner online. All bidders and subcontractors on this project must be pre-qualified by the Pennsylvania Department of Transportation for the type of work to be performed.

Please note that South Fayette Township cannot directly provide bid documents or other information about this PennDOT-funded project.
