THE PROJECT IS LOCATED IN THE TOWN OF FAIRLEE, VERMONT AT APPROXIMATE MILE POST 85.15 ON THE WASHINGTON COUNTY RAILROAD - CONNECTICUT RIVER LINE (WACR-CRL). OVER AN UNNAMED TRIBUTARY TO THE CONNECTICUT RIVER.
THE WORK INCLUDES REPAIRS AND RECONSTRUCTION TO A DAMAGED HISTORIC STONE MASONRY TWIN BARREL CULVERT (BRIDGE 509) AND THE INSTALLATION OF A NEW CULVERT THAT WILL ACT AS AN OVERFLOW STRUCTURE.
