Project Details

The New York State Office of General Services Design & Construction Group (OGS D&C) intends to contract with one (1) firm to provide Architectural and/or Engineering services. Firms must possess a strong architectural, structural engineering, and site/civil/utility engineering background as assigned tasks will primarily be in these areas of expertise. Other tasks may also include mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire protection/fire alarm engineering, energy efficiency, renewable energy, and sustainability. Projects will involve the rehabilitation of existing buildings, structures, and facilities and planning and design of new buildings, structures, and facilities.
