Description
Fairfield County is seeking bids for the complete demolition, abatement, and disposal of seven (7) vacant and dilapidated residential structures of varying size in the Zion Hill Neighborhood in Winnsboro, SC. This project is funded in part by the US Department of Housing and Urban Development CDBG Program. All Federal CDBG program requirements will apply to the resulting contract.
