Scope	DHCA is seeking the services of an organization with expertise in fair housing testing. The selected contractor will identify and analyze evidence of housing discrimination discovered through its fair housing testing in the County. Testing must be conducted for rental opportunities and focus on discrimination based on race, national origin, source of income, criminal history, disability, gender, and family status.
