| Notes | The Office of Human Resources at the University of Minnesota is initiating an RFI to evaluate the current landscape of specialized faculty recruitment and hiring platforms. Our objective is to analyze vendor capabilities to support candidate management for faculty positions, while understanding the financial cost and business benefits. The University of Minnesota has approximately 5,000 faculty and contract faculty across 5 campuses and 16 colleges. On an annual basis, approximately 1,000 faculty are hired on average. |
