16. Description. Facility System Maintenance at Commander Fleet Activities Sasebo, Japan. The contractor shall provide all labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, and equipment required to perform the following works:

• Aboveground Stroage Tanks and Undergrounds Storage Tanks


• Automatic Door Systems


• Automatic Gate Systems


• Key Card Door Lock Systems


• Security Monitoring Systems and Equipment


• Vertical Transfportation Equipment


• Solvent Parts Washers

Contract type is a performance based, commercial, multiple year, Firm-Fixed-Price. The period of performance is one-year base period and four one-year option periods. The total potential contract performance period inclusive of all option is 5 years/60 months (01 August 2025 – 31 July 2033).
