Place of Performance:
Establish a contract that equips FMSRs through training with a thorough understanding of the RMMR Program, including responsibilities, processes, quality, and resources. The training will be delivered through virtual platforms. This effort is to provide support to meet existing and emerging program requirements. The contract period consists of one base period of one year, four one-year option periods, and one six month extension per FAR 52.217-8.
The Contractor will ensure all work performed under this Performance Work Statement (PWS) complies with applicable regulations and directives. They must also ensure that the work aligns with mission support requirements tendered to the Government, adhering to the specified standards of quality, timeliness, and quantity as outlined in this PWS. The goal is to create work requirements that are performance-based and results-oriented. The Contractor will determine the most effective and economical methods to meet this PWS, focusing on innovation and best commercial practices. A Volume of Work has been included in this PWS to guide the Contractor in establishing the appropriate labor workforce and category level.
