This is a Draft RFP for the Arnold Engineering Development Complex (AEDC) Facility Exhaust System effort. Facility Exhaust System is a competitive acquisition for design, procurement and installation of an exhaust system at Arnold Air Force Base (AFB), Tennessee (TN). The proposed delivery period for this acquisition is three years from award.
The Government attempted to identify and fully define this requirements in sufficient detail to enable industry to propose a firm-fixed-price (FFP) contract with FFP Contract Line Item Numbers.
The Government requests reviewers to focus and comment on the clarity of which the Draft RFP presents the tasks to be completed, the depth of the Evaluation Criteria for Award which proposals will be measured against and the completeness of the Proposal Preparation Instructions. In an effort to create a highly competitive and fair environment for the Facility Exhaust System acquisition, the Government will utilize industry comments to make any final revisions to the solicitation documents.
