SOLICITATION AMENDMENT 0001: Add Site Visit information, FAR Clause 52.237-1 and additional attachments. This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with (IAW) the format in FAR Subpart 12.6 and FAR Part 13, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes that only solicitation/notice; quote/responses are being requested and further written solicitation will not be issued.
