FACILITIES MASTER PLAN

Pender County seeks a comprehensive vision for space allocation that will address needs for the next 10-20 years.  This vision must lay out the most efficient, effective, and functional plan for space needed by County employees for the provision of County and related agencies services.  The vision will evaluate the best use for our existing buildings and available space, and offer alternatives. This will include an architectural assessment of existing buildings, the challenges and rough cost of renovating existing buildings, and an estimated value of the property in order to inform decisions related to the disposition of property. The comprehensive vision will provide for the best facility spatial arrangement and locations to support functionality and produce efficient delivery of services to Pender County citizens.  Responding firms must demonstrate a strong background in planning for local government facilities.   The County is seeking a firm with the experience and personnel to provide timely, cost-effective, and professional planning services for the County.
