Project Description: Facilities maintenance services at the GLWA Water Resource Recovery Facility (“WRRF”) located at 9300 W. Jefferson Avenue, Detroit, Michigan, its combined sewer overflow (“CSO”) facilities, and other facilities operated by GLWA. The services generally consist of furnishing all necessary skilled labor and overall supervision required to complete as-needed major and minor preventative, predictive, and corrective maintenance projects, including specialized maintenance projects which may be subcontracted on an as-required basis.
