2025-022-Facilities Landscaping Maintenance

On behalf of the Cherokee County Property Management Department, the Purchasing Department (County) is requesting competitive sealed Proposals for Facility Landscape Maintenance Services to be performed at various County locations. This contract will be managed by the Property Management Division of the County. The County intends to award a multi-term Agreement for up to 5 years including all auto-renewal options. The awarded Bidder must not sub-contract, transfer, assign or otherwise dispose of the Contract or any portion thereof without written consent of the County.

Award will be made solely by the Board of Commissioners. Review and ranking of the Proposals will be made on the criteria set forth in the RFP. Negotiations, if deemed necessary, may be conducted with the Proposers who are determined to be in competitive range. The County reserves the right to reject any or all bids/proposals, to waive technicalities and to make a selection and final award as deemed to be in the best interest of the County, including using any form of contract it deems most advantageous to the County. The County further reserves the right to reject the bid of any service provider who has previously failed to perform properly or complete on time contracts of a similar nature, or who upon investigation shows is not in a position to perform the contract.
