Notes	The City of Upper Arlington is soliciting proposals from qualified architectural firms to provide comprehensive architectural design and specifications services for the upgrade of various municipal facilities. The scope of work includes facility assessments and space planning for Fire Station 71 and 72, final design and contract administration for the repurpose of the existing Parks and Recreation space at the Municipal Services Building to relocate IT, Communications and other offices, contract administration for the installation of the Municipal Services Building switch gear and generator install and the Public Service Center HVAC replacement project. This contract may also include as needed services for small architectural designs or other HVAC item replacement plans.
