Facilities Assessment, Space Utilization Analysis, & Capital Planning Services

The City of Clemson is requesting sealed proposals from qualified consulting firms to provide a city-wide facilities assessment, space utilization analysis, and capital planning services. The successful firm will provide the foundational data and strategic roadmap necessary for the City Council and Administration to manage its assets through effective public stewardship, ensuring the community can sustain efficient service delivery and managed growth.

The purpose of this RFP is to engage a qualified and experienced firm to perform a comprehensive real estate inventory, appraisal, space utilization analysis, and long-term facility needs assessment for the City's entire portfolio of owned properties and buildings. This initiative is the essential next step to address the complexity and growth challenges detailed in the Background, with the core mission of establishing a Strategic Asset Management Plan.
