The City of Upper Arlington, Ohio is requesting proposals from qualified firms experienced in providing Facility Condition Assessments for a wide variety of municipal buildings.
The goal of this assessment is to identify not only the current state of all owned facilities, but also Operations and Maintenance funding levels that promote effectiveness and efficiency in regards to these facilities and assets, stewardship of public resources, and adaptability to future challenges.
