FACILITATION SERVICES. The City of South St. Paul is seeking proposals from professional consulting firms with proven experience in facilitation services to guide our seven-member City Council in the formation of annual goals in early 2025. Goal setting gives Council an opportunity to work on team formation and development, group decision-making, review of Council Policy and Procedures, and reconnecting around the City’s mission, vision and values. For this opportunity, the City is seeking an experienced facilitator that possesses experience working with a body of elected officials composed of a variety of personality styles, values, life experiences, viewpoints and levels of understanding about local government in Minnesota.
