Description
The scope of services includes Architectural Design and Construction Administration Services for New Construction Projects; Renovations, Modifications, and/or Additions Projects; and HVAC/Plumbing Fixture Upgrades associated with Educational SPLOST (ESPLOST), GaDOE Capital Outlay, and other funding sources. The Construction Delivery Method will be Design/Bid/Build with Owner provided, third-party Program Management Services. DCSS¿s intent is for the selection process to pre-qualify Architectural Firms in order to establish an approved ¿pool¿ of qualified Firms from which to choose for future projects.
